Przechodząc do rzeczy, Innocent jest boski, autorzy trafili w moje czułe miejsce. Jest nim to coś słodkie na 4 łapkach i jest przyjacielem właśnie Batou. Tak nie mylicie się, to słodki basset. Po prostu kocham tą rasę i zamierzam kiedyś mieć takiego psiaka.

Tamriel, w takim razie ja Cię uraczę newsem skąd ten baset (moje przypuszczenia oczywiście, ale wątpię czy się mylę). Otóż bassety są ulubioną rasą Mamoru Oshi (reżysera GITSa) i zapewne ukłonem Masamune Shirow w jego stronę. Sam Oshi posiada basseta a i w Avalonie (kręconym w Polsce zresztą) dał go głównej bohaterce (Małgorzacie Foremniak) za towarzysza. Poza tym słyszałam, żę odkąd reżyser ten wszedł w posiadanie basseta (o wdzięcznym imieniu Gabrielle - w skrócie: Gabu), rasa ta przewija się w każdym jego filmie.

Ash's dog in Avalon disapears as she loses contact with her reality. Mamoru Oshii couldn't depict the world in its whole without showing the animal. He considers films focused on man as aroguant and pretentious. He needs the animal to show a wider range of feelings and emotions. Mamoru Oshii's ultimate film, the one of his artistic maturity, will have a dog as main character and will show the world through its eyes.
