W drugiej edycji magowie odrzucają focusy od 2 kropki Arete a VA i Eteryci od 5 (ale potem 2 na raz od Arete 6).
W M20 wszyscy od Arete 3 a Technomanci od 6 (ale od tego momentu też robią to szybciej) więc ostatecznie i technomanta i reszta odrzucą wszystkie instrumenty z Arete 9.
Jest też revised, ale w revised wiele zmian względem ed 2 wynika z tego, że tam UT już de facto wygrała i zmienił się Konsensus. Oraz miał miejsce Avatar Strom co zmienia zasady min paradoksu. Ale wciąż:
